DELE exams cover all the levels of the CEFRL, from A1 to C2. Each exam consists of between three and four papers, depending on the level, covering the four skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). Results are released in approximately three months and candidates are notified via email. Eligible candidates subsequently receive an official diploma printed by the National Mint and Stamp Factory (Real Casa de la Moneda). DELE qualifications are valid for life and are internationally recognized.

When will I get my DELE results?

• The candidate will be informed of their exam results approximately two months after the date of the written test.
• The Cervantes Institute will inform the candidates of the publication of the grades through the email address they indicated at the time of registration.
• Candidates will have access to their official certification of qualifications in the restricted access area of the Instituto Cervantes portal.
• Every DELE qualification certificate is electronically signed by the Institute and has a Secure Verification Code that will allow the authenticity of the paper copy to be verified by the institutions or entities to which the candidate presents the said certificate.

How do I register for the exam?

To be registered, the candidate must provide the duly completed DELE registration application form together with the exam payment. It is recalled that this form is not the registration document, but only the application for it and that the guarantee of having registered is provided by the registration receipt.

Se ofrecen exámenes desde el nivel A1 hasta el C2 del MCER. Cada examen consta de entre tres o cuatro pruebas dependiendo del nivel, abarcando las cuatro competencias (comprensión y expresión escrita e interacción oral). Los resultados se obtienen en una plazo aproximado de tres meses y serán notificados vía mail. Los candidatos aptos reciben posteriormente un diploma oficial impreso por la Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (Real Casa de la Moneda). Los DELE tienen vigencia indefinida y reconocimiento internacional.

¿Cuándo puedo saber mi calificación en el DELE?

• El candidato puede disponer de los resultados del examen en un plazo aproximado de dos meses desde la celebración de las pruebas escritas.
• El Instituto Cervantes informará de la publicación de las calificaciones a los candidatos a través del correo electrónico que hayan indicado en el momento de la inscripción.
• Los candidatos tendrán acceso a su certificación oficial de calificaciones en su acceso restringido del portal del Instituto Cervantes.
• El certificado de calificaciones DELE está firmado electrónicamente por el Instituto y cuenta con un Código Seguro de Verificación que permitirá contrastar la autenticidad de la copia en papel por parte de instituciones o entidades a los que el candidato presente dicho certificado.

¿Cómo me inscribo al examen?

Para poder ser inscrito el candidato debe aportar el formulario de solicitud de inscripción DELE debidamente cumplimentado junto con el pago del examen. Se recuerda que este formulario no es el documento de inscripción, sino solo la solicitud del mismo y que la garantía de haberse inscrito la otorga el resguardo de inscripción.
